It’s time to love where you live! The Village Apartments in Troy, Alabama, provide ample amenities and a great location. There are one and two-bedroom floor plans to choose from. The two-bedroom units all have washer/dryer connections. Tenants are welcome to bring their own washer/dryer or we can rent the appliances to tenants for an additional fee. Single-bedroom units do not have washer/dryer connections. There is an on-site laundry facility available for the Village Apartments community. We welcome you and your furry friends. We are a pet-friendly environment with plenty of outdoor space! We are only minutes away from Troy University.

Our standard lease term is 12 months, with all leases ending on July 31st. Depending on your move-in date, the initial lease may be slightly shorter to align with this schedule.

Our community offers an on-site laundry center for residents’ convenience. Additionally, our two-bedroom units include washer and dryer hookups. Residents are welcome to bring their own machines or rent a set from us for $50 per month.
